Where Are They Now Updates on the Cast of 'The Rachel Zoe Project'—Including Rachel Zoe, Brad Goreski, and Others

The Rachel Zoe Project offered an inside look into the life and drama of celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe as she expanded her fashion empire.

Broadcast on Bravo from 2008 to 2013, the show ran for five seasons before being canceled. It featured Zoe alongside her husband and business partner, Rodger Berman, and included her team members such as associate and style director Brad Goreski and styling associate Taylor Jacobson, among others.

Before the show ended, Goreski, a fan favorite, departed from both the series and Zoe’s company in 2010, which upset the designer. In a 2011 episode, she claimed, “Within a week of leaving, he began targeting our clients, attending various events, and engaging in activities he had previously claimed he wasn't interested in. It’s not the first time I’ve been exploited, but I plan for it to be the last.”

In January 2012, Goreski exclusively told Us Weekly that he and Zoe “don’t communicate.” He added, “I would love to be able to talk with her. I believe I have acted with honesty, dignity, and grace.”

In April 2024, Peacock reintroduced The Rachel Zoe Project from Bravo’s archives, allowing fans to start streaming it again. This revival has left many curious about what the cast has been up to since the show concluded.

Rachel Zoe

Since her series ended in 2013, Zoe has continued to excel as a leading stylist and designer. She introduced Box of Style, a subscription service featuring handpicked items by the designer, in 2015. In 2019, Bustle Digital Group acquired her daily newsletter, The Zoe Report. Additionally, Zoe is a co-owner of Angel City FC in Los Angeles.

Married to Berman since 1998, Zoe is the mother of two sons, Skylar and Kaius, born in March 2011 and December 2013, respectively. While her first pregnancy was covered on her reality show, the series ended before she could document her second pregnancy. In September 2024, Zoe announced her separation from Berman after 26 years of marriage.

Brad Goreski

Goreski left the series after its third season in 2010 to focus on his own styling career. His exit led to a prolonged rift with Zoe that has persisted for over a decade. During a 2021 appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Zoe mentioned that she rarely sees Goreski, stating, “People should be professional. They should.”

On his part, Goreski has achieved notable success, serving as the executive brand stylist for Kate Spade NY before becoming a cohost on E! News’ Fashion Police in 2014. The following year, he joined E!’s Live from the Red Carpet team. He left Fashion Police in 2017 and departed Live from the Red Carpet in 2019. Besides maintaining his status as a top stylist, Goreski has been a judge on Canada’s Drag Race since 2021.

In 2017, Goreski married TV producer Gary Janetti.

Taylor Jacobson

Jacobson, who worked as a styling assistant during the first two seasons of the Bravo series, was cut off by Zoe following a dispute with Goreski, which was revealed during the season 3 premiere in August 2010. Zoe and Berman later suggested that Jacobson might have stolen clothes from their company.

Jacobson refuted these “bizarre” claims in a 2010 Entertainment Weekly interview, explaining that she was “friends with PR people” and not a model size, so theft from her clients was not plausible.

Since leaving the show, Jacobson has continued her career in fashion, styling celebrities such as Kate Beckinsale. She and her husband Jason Wolff welcomed their first child, a son named Duke, in December 2015. Jacobson also co-owned the children’s brand Duke Alexander, which appears to have ceased operations as of 2020.

Rodger Berman

Berman served as Zoe's key collaborator on The Rachel Zoe Project and is currently the president of Rachel Zoe Inc., a role he continues to hold. In recent years, he has led various new initiatives under his wife's brand, including Rachel Zoe Ventures, Curateur subscription boxes, and The Access Fund. Additionally, he acts as an advisor for FabFitFun, Hugh & Grace, THE LIST, and several other fashion enterprises.

Berman and Zoe, who married in 1998, share two sons, Skylar and Kaius. The couple announced their separation in September 2024, concluding their 26-year marriage.

Marisa Lee Runyon

Runyon joined the Bravo cast in season 2 in 2009, then known as Marisa Lee. She worked as Zoe’s assistant for two years before moving on to become brand director at Luxe Rachel Zoe and later a producer at Rachel Zoe Productions in 2011. From 2016 to 2018, she was the head of video for The Zoe Report before starting her own ventures. Since October 2022, Runyon has been the director of creative content and production at SHEIN, after a role at Entertainment Tonight Digital.

Marisa married Jonathan Runyon in 2008, and they have two children, daughter Stella and son Benjamin.

Joey Maalouf

Maalouf was first presented to the audience as Zoe’s longtime friend and hairstylist. Since then, he has built a prestigious clientele, working as a hair and makeup stylist for stars such as Goldie Hawn and Molly Sims. Additionally, Maalouf is a cofounder of The GlamApp.
